Returns & Exchange
Do you accept returns & exchange?
The Organikals provides returns & exchange for the following reasons:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items
Please note that we do not accept returns for sales items & also if the size doesn’t fit as measurements are clearly stated on the website.
How do I return the items?
1. Email to theorganikals@gmail.com / send us a Direct Message on Instagram or Facebook / chat with us through the chatbot on our website www.organikals.myshopify.com with the following details:
Subject: Return
Order Number:
Product Name(s):
Reason for Return: Item with defects (attach photo(s) if possible) / Incorrect item received
2. Return address will be sent to you upon receiving the request for return. Returns should be unused and unwashed to be able to qualify for exchange. All items must be shipped back within 14 days upon receiving the products.
*E.g. If your order arrives on 1 July, returns must reach The Organikals by 15 July
3. Once we have checked and confirmed the returned products, store credits equivalent to the paid amount will be credited to your account.
*Please note that we do not conduct cash refunds
Who will bear the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be borne by The Organikals and will be credited back to you in the form of store credits.
We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
