1. Are your products G.O.T.S certified?

G.O.T.S stands for Global Organic Textile Standard and yes, we ensure that all products are G.O.T.S. certified.

2. Why should you buy Organic Products?

Organic products are free of cotton pesticides, chlorine bleach, formaldehyde, ammonia, lead, and phthalates which can go into the production of a single conventional tee shirt. These chemicals have a negative impact on the environment, the workers in fields and factories, and ultimately the wearer of the product. Hence, organic products will provide a peace of mind for parents and help reduce the chances of skin irritation.
Besides organic apparels, organic skincare is also better for our skin because they are made without herbicides and pesticides which can be harsh on  the skin. In addition, the synthetic ingredients found in non-organic products may be fast-acting, but they are also invasive, causing harm that cannot be seen. Their chemical ingredients may provide instant gratification and visible results, but most of this only helps you aesthetically by smoothing out wrinkles, removing sunspots, and diminishing blemishes. With prolonged use, these chemicals may damage and weaken your skin as your body tries to cope with these foreign substances. As a result, oxygen exchange to the skin is reduced, causing premature aging and increased risk of developing sunspots. Hence, GO ORGANIC!!!

3. Where is The Organikals from? Where are the products made? 

The Organikals is a Singapore based store. However, all our products are ethically sourced from the U.S. and we ensure that our suppliers are socially responsible. 

4. How to gauge measurements?

Please refer to the size charts available beside each product on the website & measure your child according to the stated areas of measurement. If you are still unsure of the sizes, feel free to contact us for help!

5. Payment Methods

The Organikals accepts AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa.

6. Discount Code/Vouchers

If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.

7. Can you cancel your order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after the transaction has been made. Hence, do check the products in your cart carefully before checking out.

8. Do you have a physical store? 

Currently, The Organikals operate solely online. However, we have plans to expand our business and open a physical store in Singapore by 2023. Stay tuned! In the meantime, do continue to support us on our website! :D
